Roger Bannister.

Does this name ring a bell for you?

On May 6, 1954, he ran 1 mile in under 4 minutes.

What was so special about that, you may ask?

Well, up until that day, it had long been thought that running this fast was far from achievable and perhaps even deadly for people who tried.

However, Roger Bannister had set himself this precise goal. To run a mile in under 4 minutes. Although it had never been done before, he believed he could do this.

After this new record was established, many others started to run 1 mile in under 4 minutes.

Why is this?

Because when people see it can be done, it’s easier for them to believe it.

Seeing Roger Bannister do it, made running a sub-4-minute mile an option for them as well.

That’s how powerful the mind is.

Today, I’d like to share another first with you.

It may not be as spectacular as Roger Bannister’s story.

Yet, it may be just what your mind needs. Seeing that it can be done.

In 2019, Kelly Brogan, MD published a peer reviewed case study on a woman with Graves’ disease.

The special thing about this was that this is the first report of a case where Graves’ disease is treated and healed with only lifestyle interventions.

It also provided, for the first time, an alternative route to help heal people suffering from Graves’ disease.

Just to be clear, this isn’t the first time someone healed from Graves’ disease through lifestyle interventions, but it is the first time it’s been reported and published.

The reason Dr. Kelly Brogan published this report is to show you what’s possible.

Because often that’s all it takes to persuade us that we too can do this.

If you’re (still) struggling with symptoms related to Graves’ disease, this report is for you. I hope you find it helpful.

And one more thing, I’m very familiar with this case. Because the subject of the case study is in fact me.

Here’s the link to the full report: https://kellybroganmd.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/Brogan-GravesCase.pdf

And this is the abstract you can find on PubMed: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/31476135
